Banana Pan Cake Recipe:

Preparation:

  1. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a spoon.
  2. Now add curd, sugar, oil and vanilla extract and mix well.
  3. Now add all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt to this mixture and mix well.
  4. Grease the double made cake mold with little oil and pour the prepared mixture into it.
  5. Bake in a fully preheated oven at 180°C for 35-40 minutes, or till a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  6. Allow the cake to cool, then slice and serve.
