For Marinating Paneer (Cheese):
- 250g paneer cubes
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp soy sauce

For the Sauce:
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 2-3 green chilies, slit
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp red chili sauce
- 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1/2 tsp vinegar
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup water
- 1tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water (for thickening)
- Spring onions for garnish
Instructions:
1.For Marinating Paneer:
- In a bowl, mix cornstarch, red chili powder, black pepper powder, salt, and soy sauce.
- Add paneer cubes and gently toss them until coated. Let it marinate for 15-20 minutes.
2. Frying Paneer:
Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the marinated paneer cubes until they turn golden brown. Set them aside.
3. Preparing the Sauce:
- In the same pan, add a little more oil if needed.
- Add finely chopped onions, green chilies, and ginger-garlic paste. Sauté until onions turn translucent.
4. Adding Sauce:
Add soy sauce, red chili sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar, sugar, and salt. Mix well.
5. Creating the Sauce:
- Pour in water and let it simmer for a few minutes.
- Add the cornstarch-water mixture to thicken the sauce.
- Stir continuously until the sauce thickens.
6. Combining Paneer:
Add the fried paneer cubes and bell pepper slices. Toss them in the sauce until well-coated
